SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed.

 

Juvenu Skin reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

Business Days:

Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

 

Orders received by 11am EST on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 11am EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

 

SHIPPING COSTS:

 

US Standard Shipping (Delivers in 3-4 business days): $4

Juvenu Skin offers free Standard Shipping on orders $25+ (no code required), excluding tax. 

We can not deliver shipments to PO Boxes. Also please note that Juvenu Skin cannot ship perfumes to APO/FPO addresses as we can only ship to these addresses using United States Postal Service. We thank you for your understanding.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping (Delivers in 7-10 business days): $40

Juvenu Skin offers free Shipping on orders $200+ (no code required) 

RETURN POLICY

Purchases made on juvenuskin.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase by contacting us through our customer service. We will provide a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are the customer's responsibility.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
